To reserve your appointment, we require a credit card on file. This helps us honor the time we’ve set aside for you and ensures mutual commitment.
While the consultation is valued at $750, this fee is fully waived when you:
- Complete the intake form in advance, and
- Attend together if you are married.
Your card will only be charged in the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you plan wisely for the future.
