Kristina Alcaraz
Operations ManagerKristina Alcaraz serves as the Operations Manager at Allenby Law, bringing more than 15 years of experience in operations, client service, and administrative management. She enjoys bringing organization to busy environments, solving problems, and making sure both clients and the people she works with feel supported.
Before joining Allenby Law, Kristina worked with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where she managed administrative and operational functions across multiple regional offices. Her work included coordinating events, volunteers, vendors, financial administration, and day-to-day operations in support of the Foundation’s mission and the families it serves. Her time in the nonprofit world reinforced how much she values doing work that has a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
At Allenby Law, Kristina brings that same people-first approach to the client experience. She enjoys creating systems that keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while helping clients feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout the estate planning process.
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and exploring San Diego with her dog, Daisy, who is usually right by her side.
